Children aged 5 must have a parent or guardian present during the lesson, this is our ’Tiny Tides’ l(/tiny-tides)esson, where both child and parent or guardian are together on the lesson.
Many children feel nervous before their first lesson.
Our instructors are experienced in helping kids feel comfortable and confident in the ocean. Lessons start slowly with beach practice before entering the water, Or why not try our ‘Hello Ocean’ (/hello-ocean)session to get comfortable in the soft whitewtaer waves of Rhossili.
