How Bae Surf School Online Surf Coaching Works

Book a Call
Start by booking a call with one of our surf coaches. This gives us a chance to understand your surfing level, your goals, and the areas you want to improve. We’ll also get your coaching session booked and a date in the diary.

Submit Your Surf Video
Send us footage of your surfing from a recent session. This can be filmed by a friend, from a tripod on the beach, or from a surf cam. The more waves we can see, the better we can analyse your technique.

Professional Surf Analysis
Your coach will carefully review your footage and break down your surfing technique. We analyse key areas such as paddling, positioning, pop-up, stance, timing, and manoeuvres.

30-Minute Video Call Review
You will then join your 30-minute video call with your coach where we go through your footage together. During this session we explain the analysis, highlight key improvements, and answer any questions so you fully understand what to work on.

Personalised Coaching Plan
After the call, you’ll receive a professional coaching plan with specific drills, technique adjustments, and surf strategies designed to help you improve faster.

Progress and Improve
Take the feedback into your next surf sessions and start applying what you’ve learned. As you progress, come back, submit new footage, and book another coaching session to keep improving.
